The live calls will be held on Wednesdays at 12pm ET/9am PT. They will be recorded for you to watch at a time that's convenient for you. You'll also be able to submit questions beforehand in case you can't attend the calls so you can get personalized coaching and feedback on the recording.

While this can vary depending on each person, I'd recommend 2 hours a week. You may find that some weeks you have more time for it and some less. This is why an extra month has been built in so you have lots of time, space and support and don't feel rushed.

Lauren Lapointe is a soulful business coach and intuitive mentor for heart-centered visionaries who are here to create magic, meaning and share their gifts with the world.
She weaves together spiritual wisdom, creative alchemy, and grounded strategy to help clients follow their soul's calling, confidently step into their potential and purpose, and do what they truly love.
Several years ago, she took the leap to leave the corporate world and her cushy corner office behind to follow her passions and never looked back. She's been a nationally touring singer/songwriter, yoga teacher, certified astrologer and writer.
She created her successful online business where, over the last decade, she has specialized in offering coaching and online programs to over 12,000 clients and students around the world.
